GPS patrol verification uses location data from an approved device or reporting application to document that an officer was at a location when a patrol activity or report was recorded. Depending on the system, it may show a point, route, checkpoint, arrival and departure time, or exception. It supports accountability, but it does not by itself prove what the officer observed or how well a task was performed.

Arrow’s website explicitly lists “24 hour on call emergency assistance,” but it does not separately promise that every new 24/7 post can be staffed or that an unassigned officer will arrive within a particular time.
