The short answer
Arizona Guard Cards, Arrow Security’s related training resource, publishes fingerprinting services at 15410 N. 67th Avenue, Suite 11, Glendale, Arizona 85306. Its current page says services support Arizona DPS security licensing, fingerprint-clearance applications, other professional licensing, employers, caregivers, teachers, and volunteers. Because the receiving agency determines the required method, card, affidavit, and submission process, confirm what you need before your visit.
What to know
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any fingerprint card, application packet, reference number, or agency instructions you were given. Do not assume every purpose uses the same card or submission process. Arizona DPS currently gives guard applicants an electronic option through Fieldprint after an online application, or a paper-card option through law enforcement or a third-party provider. For paper cards received on or after July 8, 2026, DPS requires the completed Fingerprint Affidavit and fingerprint card to be sealed together in one envelope; an incomplete or differently packaged paper packet may be rejected.
The service page currently lists walk-ins and appointments, digital capture to a card, and office hours of 10 a.m.–4 p.m. seven days a week, but hours and availability can change. Ask whether the provider supplies the required card, whether the prints will be transmitted electronically or returned on paper, what affidavit or reference number is required, and who is responsible for delivering the completed submission.
