Long-term coverage is usually appropriate when a property needs consistent access control, patrol, reporting, or an ongoing visible presence. Part-time coverage can focus on higher-risk windows such as closing, overnight hours, weekends, shift changes, or resident activity. Full-time can mean one regularly scheduled post; it should not be confused with uninterrupted 24/7 coverage, which requires multiple staffed shifts and relief planning.
