A practical two-part concealed carry course.
Arrow Security’s Arizona concealed carry course combines online instruction with a required in-person competency session. Both portions must be completed to finish Arrow’s course.
The online course introduces firearm-safety rules, Arizona weapons laws, use-of-force concepts, alcohol and firearms, contact with law enforcement, cover and concealment, trigger discipline, and the importance of continued training. Knowledge checks are included throughout the online portion.
Training and application are separate steps
Arrow provides the course. Arizona DPS receives, reviews, and decides the permit application.

Important permit information
Course completion is one part of the permit process. Arizona DPS, not Arrow Security, determines whether an applicant qualifies and issues the permit. Completing Arrow’s course does not guarantee permit approval.
An Arizona concealed-weapons permit and an armed guard card serve different purposes. A CCW permit does not by itself authorize someone to carry a firearm while working as a security guard. On-duty armed security work requires current armed-guard registration and authorization from the employing security agency.
