Security work can combine direct sun, long periods standing, body armor or dark uniforms, hot vehicles and isolated locations. The plan therefore needs reliable supplies, real check-ins and authority to modify or stop work before symptoms become an emergency.

Is there one temperature at which Arizona security patrols must stop?

What should a heat-illness prevention plan include?
